Examination and presentation of Certificates by Brigit Gilligan, Diocesan Advisor

On Tuesday 4th May all Transition Year Religious Education classes were examined by Brigit Gilligan, Dublin Diocesan Advisor. A range of very interesting projects were presented ranging from research on the Millennium Development Goals, visits to Nursing Homes, Faith Friends, making a prayer mat to models of synagogues, churches and mosques. Brigit was very impressed with the standard of work and complemented both the teachers and students on their very hard work within this years’ Faith in Action Projects. Students were then presented with certificates at an awards ceremony.
