The 5th Year LCVP group recently visited Nolan’s Butchers Kilcullen as part of their Enterprise Studies. The students were given a tour of the premises, affording them the opportunity to observe much of the work that goes on in this world-class business. It was a great learning experience to see how this award-winning enterprise delivers its final product to the buying public. Dermot Mitchell gave the students an excellent insight into the work of a modern butcher/retailer. Thanks to Dermot and James Nolan for making this possible for the students.
