Super Sixteens in Leinster Final!

Kilcullen under 16 girls(soccer) have qualified for their first ever under 16 Leinster final, after a hard fought but much deserved 5-2 victory against a strong Colaiste Brid from Enniscorthy. While it was a fantastic team performance, hero of the day was 3rd Year Triona Duggan, who claimed a hat trick of goals, one of which was a powerful header. Amazingly this is only the second ever headed goal in CPC girls history! At the other end of the pitch, keeper Rebecca Houlihan, ran her very close with a series of great saves that kept Kilcullen in the game. The girls play Moyne Community School from Longford in the final after the mid-term break.
