Dear Parents,
With only a few weeks to go, the countdown to this year’s ski trip has well and truly begun. Reports from Artesina, Italy suggest that snow is thick and plentiful!
All students going on the tour and their parents/guardians are invited to an information evening in the school on Wednesday next March 3rd at 8:00pm.
The evening will feature an outline of what will happen on the tour, what to bring and what to expect. A representative from the ski operator Topflight will be in attendance. He will give details of the resort and the hotel and will have some ancillary items for sale such as socks, hats etc. There will be plenty of opportunity to ask questions and clear up any concerns you may have.
Part of the meeting will focus on the expected behaviour of the students on the trip. A trip like this is a big undertaking and a big responsibility and the cooperation of all is required.
I am sure that this night will give parents and students an insight into and reassurance regarding the organisation of the trip.
