Tuesday 1st September was the date for the Class of 2009 Debutantes' Ball. The road from Kilcullen to Kells was busy from early that evening as the just recently past pupils and their companions made their way by various modes of transport to the Headford Arms Hotel. It was a most glamorous and stylish occasion with all students looking resplendent in their formal evening wear. It was wonderful to meet up with everyone after the summer break and to hear of all the exciting places and courses that people are about to embark upon. Following a lovely meal in the hotel the group were entertained by the live band Catch 22. It is reported that all danced the night away until breakfast time at 5 am. It was a night to remember.
