4C Welcome Seán Ó Fearghaíl TD

The TD for Kildare South Seán Ó Fearghaíl recently visited CPC to speak with 4C. As part of the Economics module, the students are looking at the role of Government in the economy and it was a great opportunity to meet a national politician to find out more about this. Seán has been a TD for quite a number of years and he outlined his work in that time. The students asked a lot of questions and Seán gave an honest answer to these questions. It was very interesting to hear his views on the state of the economy and how he sees the future. Seán tried to highlight some of the positives for Ireland while acknowledging the challenges we face. We appreciate the fact that Seán took time out of a busy schedule to come to our school.
