4B welcomes Martin Heydon - TY Economics

Past pupil Martin Heydon called to CPC to speak to 4B as part of the Economics module. A County Councillor since 2009, Martin will be a Fine Gael candidate in the next General Election. He also works as a farmer and is the secretary for St. Laurence's GAA club. Martin gave the students an insight into the work of a local politician and about the role of local government. He answered the students questions and it was an informative and educational experience. Thanks to Martin for the visit.
