Dear Parents/Guardians,
Just a reminder of the dates of the upcoming ski trip to Artesina in northern Italy. The ski trip will take place from Saturday March 27th-Saturday April 3rd (Easter Week).
The following are suggestions as to what your son/daughter should bring on the ski trip to Italy.
1. Items of Clothing
- Ski Suit; Ski Jacket and ski trousers (salopettes) (Hired or bought). There should be some good deals in the sales in these items!
- Ski Gloves-essential
- Ski Hat or head warmer-essential
- Sun Glasses-essential
- Lip Balm and Sun Cream-essential
- 6 Pairs of ski socks-essential
- Shorts, sweater; Layers to be worn under the ski jacket
2. Evening Wear
- The normal/regular clothes your son/daughter wears at home will suffice along with stout shoes/boots. Pack for the weather, it will be cold
3. Toiletries: Soap, shampoo, toothpaste, deodorant, towel.
4. Swimwear
5. Footwear
- One pair of strong shoes/flat boots and one pair of runners will be sufficient.
- Travel Adaptor for a mobile phone, hairdrier etc.
6. Plasters, antiseptic cream. (Some people use Arnica cream to lessen the effects of bruising), painkillers.
7. General spending money also après ski entertainment (e.g. swimming, sightseeing) must be budgeted for.
8. If you are particularly fond of tea, bring some tea bags!
