Recently the Transitions Years involved in the A.I.B. Build A Bank Challenge had their bank launch. They decided on a themed approach and had their bank manager dress up as a superhero, “Bankman” and played some cool music to attract people in to the bank. In addition they handed out free sweets. All in all, it proved to be a very successful launch as eight new members were recruited to the bank.
