The Parents Association in association with the school have arranged for the Juvenile Liaison Officer for the Kilcullen area, Garda Martin Kane, to speak with parents/guardians and to answer questions on the use and dangers of drugs among second level students. He will illustrate his talk and create awareness among the audience by showing samples of the drugs in common use by teenagers. This will enable parents/guardians to have more concrete information on drugs and make them more informed about drugs and their dangers within the teenage culture.
With drugs being more than ever easily available to young people of secondary school age, throughout the country this talk is of great importance to parents.
The talk is on WEDNESDAY 25th NOVEMBER at 8 pm.
