The boys U-16 soccer team were unfortunate to lose to a strong and mature Newbridge College team last friday. Both sides played an excellent brand of football and were guilty of missing guilt-edged chances. However it was the Newbridge college who were victorious in the end with a late goal that had the CPC lads shouting "offside" but the Newbridge striker took with aplomb. It came too late for CPC to reply and they left the field thinking that they did at least deserve a draw.
