On the 13th of October as part of our Equine Studies 4B had a guest speaker - the journalist Niall Cronin. He works for the Kildare Nationalist and the Evening Herald. He is the horse racing correspondent. Niall seems to enjoy his job and he would encourage young people to get involved in journalism. I found it interesting that Niall did not follow the path I expected into journalism but still got a good job. It shows me that you can do anything if you work hard. Thanks to Niall for coming in to talk to us, it was very interesting and I learned a lot from him.
