5th Year L.C.V.P. Outing to Nolan’s Butchers.

Recently the fifth Year L.C.V.P. went out to Nolan’s Butchers to meet with local entrepeneur James Nolan. The visit was part of our L.C.V.P. course on Enterprise. James informed us of the three S’s – Sales, Staff and Security. Without these three things, he said, you cannot have a successful business. He should know as he has one of the most successful businesses in the country, nationally renowned for Nolan’s Sausages.
James also established the Punchestown Kidney Research Fund and each year he organises a women’s mini marathon. James got involved with his Kidney charity because when he was younger, his own kidneys failed. His sister gave him “the gift of life”by donating a kidney, for which he is extremely grateful.
